I am an independent software engineer, registered as a company in Brazil under the CNPJ above. The business sells custom software development services to other companies, delivered remotely.

• Multi-tenant SaaS platforms, including billing and payment integrations.
• Mobile applications with React Native and Expo.
• Architecture, code review and technical consulting on products already running.
• Maintenance and support contracts for systems in production.

Clients are companies, not consumers. Every engagement starts from a written proposal that sets scope, price and deadline before any work begins. Delivered projects are documented on the work page of this site.

What this business does not do

The case studies on this site describe software built under contract for clients. Some of those clients operate in regulated verticals, such as consumer lending or healthcare clinics. In every case the client operates the service and holds the licenses for it. This business wrote the software and nothing else.

Stated plainly, this business does not offer, operate, broker, resell or advertise:

• Loans, payday loans, paycheck advances, peer to peer lending, credit, debt collection, bail bonds or any consumer financial service.
• Medical or healthcare products, medication, treatment, diagnosis, or any clinical service.
• Cryptocurrency, virtual currency, token offerings or investment products.
• Gambling, betting, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, adult products or services, dating services, or multi level marketing.

What is sold here is software engineering work, invoiced business to business under the CNPJ above. Nothing on this site is an offer of a regulated product or service to consumers.

How this business uses WhatsApp

WhatsApp is used for one to one conversation with clients and with people who contact the business first, on the number +55 62 99856-0087. It is not used for anything else.

• Who receives messages: people who started the conversation, by clicking the WhatsApp button on this site, by messaging the number directly, or by asking to be contacted through the briefing form or by email.
• What is sent: answers about services, budget and proposal discussion, project status updates, and support for systems under contract.
• What is never sent: bulk marketing, promotional broadcasts, automated campaigns, or messages to contacts from purchased, rented or scraped lists.
• How to stop receiving messages: reply asking to stop, at any time. The conversation ends there and the number is removed from any follow up.

No message is sent to anyone who has not contacted the business first. There is no marketing list and no opt-in checkbox anywhere on this site, because no broadcast is ever sent.

Privacy policy

What is collected: the data you send through the briefing form (name, email, WhatsApp number, company name and website, project description, budget range and deadline), the content of messages you send by WhatsApp or email along with your phone number or email address, and aggregated site usage data (page views, country, device type, referrer).

Why it is collected: to answer your message, prepare a proposal, and run the project if we sign one. Under the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), the legal bases are your consent and the preparation or execution of a contract you are party to.

Who it is shared with: infrastructure providers that process data on our instructions only. Cloudflare hosts the site, its database and its privacy-preserving analytics. Resend delivers the notification email when a briefing form is submitted. Google Analytics measures aggregated traffic. Data is never sold, rented or traded, and no advertising profile is built from it.

How long it is kept: briefing submissions and conversation history are kept while the commercial relationship is active, and up to five years after it ends when tax or legal rules require it. Analytics data is aggregated and holds no direct identifier.

Your rights: under LGPD article 18 you can ask for confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to the email above and you get an answer within 15 days.

Cookies: this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs without cookies, and Google Analytics sets measurement cookies that you can block in your browser.

Children: the services are sold business to business and are not directed at anyone under 18.

Terms of use

The content of this site is informational and is not a binding offer. Each engagement is governed by the written proposal signed by both sides, which defines scope, price, payment schedule and deadline.

Ownership of the delivered source code transfers to the client on full payment, unless the signed proposal states otherwise. Case studies published here only include information the client authorized.
